Omnia Memory: Difference Storage and program ?

I know all files I copy to Device or all applications/games installed in Device will use the Storage memory like in the picture attached

What´s the memory program? How the memory program is affected? What I have to do in Omnia to change this values?

Program memory is kind of like your RAM in PC. It is used by running programs. The more programs you have open less available Program memory you have. If you have too many open at one time and memory becomes low your device will become slow and eventually freeze.
