Customizing Manilla (M2D)

Hi,

I am using M2D touchflo but some of the shortcuts aren't what i would like them to be. I have done some searching and googleing and have only come up with one (Discontinued) way of changing shortcuts.

There are two aspects to this, one is how to change the hotkeys at the the bottem of the screen, the other is to change the ones on screen.

I have found a prog called 'SSMaPa' which apprantly changes the hotkeys at the bottom.

However, im looking for a way to change the onscreen shortcuts, for example, when you go to the internet tab and click 'Launch Browser' mine opens IE and goes to www.htc.com, and the youtube shortcut underneath opens the old youtubeplay. I would like it to change to Opera and open my homepage, and use the new official YouTube app that i have installed.

Does anyone know how to do this without having to reinstal M2D?

To change the soft keys in the bottom, use M2D Customiser

To change the internet explorer to your fav browser also use M2D Customiser

To change the home page from htc.com to your fave use the guide below.
