You'll find plenty of versions here. All of them are freeware. Just find one that works in WQVGA (i think the skin should be WQVGA) but take a look at the readme as well.

There is no specific WQVGA, there's only a VGA or QVGA version.

-the QVGA version is compatible with (WQVGA) Omnia

-the VGA version is also compatible with the WVGA version.
