Guest s0cks Posted April 1, 2009 Report Posted April 1, 2009 I suggest you to select PHILLIPINES instead of SINGAPURE... And to update, instead of HEXEDIT the file... you sould open a REGEDIT (inside PHONE) and point to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\CONTROLPANEL\VERSION Change 'CustomVersion' to DXHK3. Turn off the PHONE and UPDATE to DXIA5...
Guest vinzSG Posted June 6, 2009 Report Posted June 6, 2009 greetings, i saw your post and think we have the same problem, I have a singapore omnia too,but i installed a custom rom,and now wanted to revert back to Samsungs official rom which is the latest DZIA5,but cant anymore coz of the error message whenever i tried to use the DZIA5 win xp updater htat "i already have the latest firmware". just wondering where you able to revert back to the original rom? succesfully?? do i have to do the pre-configuration first for this to work? what to change the i900DX into? thanks in advance cheers mate
