Omnia can't add new bluetooth device

Hi,

I have an Omnia with TouchFLO installed.

In my bluetooth settings I can't add a new device.

In the "Device" tab the instruction is "Tap Add new device to search for other Bluetooth devices. Tap on a device to modify its settings."

But there is no "Add new" option. And the list is empty, but I can sync with my laptop and receive files from friend via bluetooth.

Anyone having a solution for this, or is there any way to reset the bluetooth installation? I want to add my bluetooth headset.
