AT&T and What i can do

Alright i just got the AT&T Tilt and i want to make the best of it. Serfing the web i found out that u can put emulaters on it one being pocketNester the thing is i dont know what type of files i need to get or even where i put it at in my phone and i was wondering if somone could lend me a hand and hook me up :( also if u got know of any good apps for the phone let me know this is my first windows mobile phone and i want to learn everthing out i can about it thxs to all how reply to this post B)
