Route 66 & Getting Position Problem

Well .. i got an omnia 3 weeks ago ... i installed the omnia's route 66 version

but each time i press on (Navigate to) .. nothing happened more than a goal flag appear with no arrow or anything

Program port --> 3com

hardware port--> 9com  4800

windows manage -->clicked
