Help with my spv m3100

I have this spv m3100 for ages, i moved back to macedonia from london,and i didnt unlock my phone,now i cant find my usb cable,i cant pay anywhere on the net ( pay pal not supported here,nor our credit cards ) Pls any sugestions,or maybe free unlocking code.I do feel like crying now,i dont have a mobile phone!!!! PLS PLS HELP!!!!
