Hi all. I'm brand new to the site and I wasn't sure where to post this so it's here. I hope someone can help.

I currently reside in a halls of residence with my other half. They have possibly the worst ISP in the world called MCW Group. If any of you have considered using these please steer well clear. They couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery! Seriously bad!! :(

Anyway the point is that once again the xbox live gaming server has been taken offline for no good or apparent reason and all they can say is that they are looking into it. We still have the use of the internet however so it seems like a bit of a smoke screen to me because they simply can't be bothered to put it right. :(

Regardless i'm wondering if i can rectify the problem myself by purchasing an XBOX 360 Wifi adapter. The laptop finds wireless networks so i'm wondering if the wifi adapter plugged into the back of my 360 will do the same and just find me a connection i can run through. Any help with this would be much appreciated. I need to find out if it definitely will work as these things cost a small fortune. B)

Technically its possbile but the legal side is questionable.

Don't forget you can now be charged with stealing someones bandwith.

Also this post should really be in the Lounge section as it is not Windows Mobile related.
