Guest Pyroboy_UK Posted April 7, 2009 Report Posted April 7, 2009 http://www.samsungmobile.com/support/omnia/index.jsp Think this is the one you want Thanks but i cant use this site as i am currently on a Tmob firmware (BOHH5), so anytime i enter that version Samsung says its incorrect, i really needed the firmware from Tarils guide, however this looks to have been wiped off. I really need help with this as i am clueless about Omnia updates and i cant find another guide anywhere.
Guest Del1701 Posted April 7, 2009 Report Posted April 7, 2009 This is how I updated my tmob omnia, 1) Go to the official Smasung update site: Samsung Mobile 2) For the version check enter the following version MSHH1 you will then be able to download the official MSHJ1 updater. 3) Edit the following registry key on the Omina HKCU\ControlPanel\Version\CustomVersion to MSHH1 (The original keys value on mine was BOHH5 I just altered it to read MSHH1 with PHM RegEdit, Check this setting has been stored by using the version checker in Start\Settings\System 4) Run the official updater. If all goes correctly you should end up with the latest unbranded samsung rom. Don't forget do this at your own risk and back everything up before you do.

Anyone found a doorway to like some FTP site with all their ROMS on it? Looking for possible leaks of the next i910 ROM. They should be close and in testing from other i910 reports we are getting leaked out here and there. S
Guest Adrynalyne Posted April 8, 2009 Report Posted April 8, 2009 There is a working ROM in the GPS thread. No GPS though, looks like.
