Changing position of the on screen "send" button for sms

When writing in landscapemode using the samsung keyboard, I often press the "send" button by accident. Is there a way to move that on screen button or disable it until i finish writing?

On a similar note, does anyone know of a way to make an SMS send with the enter key? This would probably be a general Windows question, but I can't for the life of me find an option for it.
