omnia flash help

i have the files, and have done flashing with SE so know what is going on, however im not done a omnia before, i have brought it from ebay, it comes with pre installed software which i dont have a cd for, im guessing once flashed these will go. if so is there a way around these. i would also like to know which is the best rom to use for both battery life and proformance but maxed out for apps etc

Ok, first you have to make backup if you want to save your data because the update process deletes everything in my device (not my storage). I would recommend a custom ROM - SHOKKA9 15 L because it`s based ot DXIA5(gr8 battery life and performance) and almost everything is removed and you have a lot of space for apps :excl: Here`s a link: http://www.modaco.com/content/i9x0-omnia-r...ms-20270-20954/
