problems with rhythmic vibration for incoming call

The problem is this:

If vibrate only is selected rhythmic vibration works.If vibrate+ring is enable i have just a continous vibration.

I have "standard" DXIA5

I don`t think samsung would even try... Or maybe this vibration is only for the times when the device is in vibration mode... Dunno :excl:

I had the same problem, and quess what, it just fixed, i did nothing and one day its working normal:D

care to elaborate how did this happen? I'm sort of clueless here.. changed with different firmware and still having the same problem..

...well, it works as advertised.

If you head to Settings > Personal tab > Vibration > Call Alert tab, you'll see the description as "Set the type and degree of rhythmic vibration on manner mode". For those lacking general cell phone vocabulary, manner mode means silent+vibration (i.e Vibrate mode). And when set on Vibrate mode, the rhythmic vibration works fine here.

But I agree on this point; if it did work along with the ringtone, it would be better than that continuous vibration.
