Guest lewis.curley Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 Think this may have been discussed before but couldnt find much about it: Is there any solution / work around so that i can check multiple (2) email accounts on my spv without having to rekey the account setting each time Cheer
Guest Vector Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 I don't think there is any way of having multiple e-mail accounts
Guest Ethanol Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 This question was posted on orange FAQs Q: Will I be able to have more than one email account on my SPV? A: The Microsoft Smartphone 2002 operating system that is used on the Orange SPV was written with support for just one email account. There are currently no plans to be able to support multiple accounts.
Guest SmartphoneFrance Posted August 19, 2003 Report Posted August 19, 2003 Now it is possible with Mail Center :) - http://www.sunnysoft.cz/en_atom.php?atomid=397 French review available here : Test en français disponible ici : - http://www.smartphonefrance.info/mailcenter.asp
Guest dinoalbert Posted August 20, 2003 Report Posted August 20, 2003 yeah I think Mail Center can! :) http://www.sunnysoft.cz/en_clanek.php?clanekid=136 Sunnysoft MailCenter v1.0 is our brand new application for Smartphone users. If you are one of them you have probably noticed that it is impossible to manage more email accounts in the standard Microsoft's Inbox. And that is why our Sunnysoft MailCenter entered the market. It will enable you to define and manage unlimited number of email accounts, either individually or altogether.
Guest Pagemakers Posted August 20, 2003 Report Posted August 20, 2003 It can, but sadly it can not auto dial every x mins nor can it notify you of new messages via the Today Screen, and URLs do not appear as clickable links.
Guest fozzie Posted August 21, 2003 Report Posted August 21, 2003 But it's a good start :) Hopefully they can make the links clickable?! It also re-downloads any partially downloaded emails, each time you re-check your mail. We'll have to see what their response is to suggestions/bug reports. I thinks it's the best (if not only!) way to manage multiple accounts at the moment. I'd say it meets about 80% of my needs.
