HELP:Application Needed For selected Program Access To Internet

I have being searching for any application on Windows Mobile (like Zone Alarm for Windows) that will enable me to block any software from accessing the internet without my consent. I have a data package with my mobile contract which is normally on but discovered that some application access my mobile connection and download data without my knowlegde. I prefer to block some application and allow others.if anyone knows of such an application for Windows mobile, a link will do fine. Thanks.
