Main Device storage space : where is it going?

I install almost everything to the storage side to keep things off the main device storage however that storage has shrunk down to 3mb left?

I can check the properties of the folders thru the PC and they are all small in size, largest being 12mb (program folder).. I cannot see the windows folder from the PC, is that normal?

I have my Opera cache set to use "my storage"..

any ideas?

First, if you want to view the windows folder from your PC just enable: "Show hidden files and folders" through settings - folder options :excl: And the space, well try a hard reset and see if it continues to drop - it`s most likely because of an app that you`ve installed :excl:

what do you have installed? even if you specify storage some apps will still place files in main memory. Log files, help files etc all clutter main memory

if you are using activesync you should be able to see windows folder and its content.

Activesync does not show the windows folder either..

I've got quite a bit installed but the main programs I use are :

Pointui

Gmail

Facebook

Opera

PockeTwit

Palringo

youtube

PocketCM Image Viewer

TouchPal keyboard

Su2u

I'll probably just do a hard reset and slowly add things and see which one seems to be eating away at the space..

If you do not change or clean out the cache for Opera it slowly but surly eats up your available space.

You can set the cache directory by writing config in the opera browser address bar and then selection "preferances"

one of the first things I did was change where Opera caches.. its not that..
