We verizon users just got a new rom, and it's working pretty good. I started doing some cooking with it, but there seems to be some files in the CSC section that I need. I have a few samsung built in programs that will not run (or are not even there) on an untouched cooked rom.

The i900 kitchen actually seems to do a pretty good job, but one thing I'm stuck without is the seperate filtes. I can get the IMGFS fine, but the Eboot, CSC and phone images are not within my grasp. If anyone can help me figure out what I am doing wrong in trying to get the Customer_CSC, please let me know.

Thought I would give this a bump. I can't seem to get the CSC.bin out of the .img file, and I some of the files. I tried i900tool, but it couldn't find the file entry. Would the csc be located in the .img, the nb0 or the nb section of the rom update. If anyone knows of any tools that extract the CSC, please let me know.

Besides the ROM image information what else is in the CSC that is needed?

It should have some registry information I'm looking for, and maybe a few files specific to the i910.

I need the latest original Samsung chinese keyboard, namely

- Samsung Panel

- 点讯输入

Can some one kindly pull out the file and post it online like what Khuanchai did with the Samsung Keyboard on his 4-in-1/3in1 thread?

It isnt very easy to extract bro....

I think we hgave tried, thats why you cannot get cab for it...

If you are confident in your skills, you are probably best, extracting an i900 ROM yourself, and pulling it all out manually.....

Or, alternatively, have you looked at RickyChinese Cab? extract to package and then see if that is any good for you??
