VZW i910 question

How do i get rid of the Shuzo program and icons from my i910? I never use it and its annoying. Also once this is done do i get rid of other crap the same way?

They are part of the i910 rom. Some of it you can delete, but it will be back after a hard reset. Some cannot be removed.
