Please help i m pissed. omnia doesnt charge via apc usb charger

i have bought a apc battery extender

and have bought a 600mah rechargable AAA cell.

and have full charged the cell last night.

and tried to switch on the usb charger with 4 AAA cell loaded with original usb cable .

the sound comes when i put the cable in omnia.

but it doesn't charge

can you help me?

It's the incorrect voltage and doesn't have a smart cell chip. Turn your phone off and plug it in and it should charge, but won't while it is on.
