Gotta question for my rom

I'm kind a new in this, so dont laugh at me and please help. :excl:

I use Omnia i900,

PDA: i900BUHH5/MIHI1

PHONE: i900NSPR0

So my questions are, is my ROM old, how is he good, and what should I do?

Upgrade to new, if yes, is possible just to download 1 lastest rom and install it, or I need to install step by step upgrades to last rom.
