Permanently disable automatic time/time zone

Every now and then I found that the time zone on my Shadow has changed! When I change it back, the time on my appointments, messages and emails change and everything goes crazy. I really don't want to deal with Time Zones (my hole country has the same time zone and if I go some where else, I can deal with the time myself), so I just want to permanently disable the option on Setting/Clock and Alarm/Date and Time/ Automatic Time/Time Zone, which goes to "Enable" everytime I turn off my mobile and turn it back on.

I hope someone can find a solution.
