Help with my i910 texts and pix messages

I have my cellphone and I can just copy down all the phone numbers and things

but i really want to save and download all my text and picture messages and save them on my computer or something

I want to do a rom upgrade and stuff but I've never been able to figure out how to do just a mass download of everything sms/mms on my phone.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated >.<

purchase a backup program. Sprite, SPB, etc...and run a backup..when you upgrade do a restore in upgrade mode.
