i just want to ask that can we add some more tabs in today 2 like weather, music player or any other useful tab

there are only 3 tabs phonebook, home & settings

without the source code, not likely. There are some smart people here, but reverse engineering samsung software is harder then developing your own. Try M2d or spb shell.... they sound like what you want!
