SPV C600 restarts continuously

Hello,

I have a SPV C600 which has this strange problem:

1. when i attach the battery to the phone, it will automatically start

2. after it enters windows, when i press any button (and i mean any) it will restart

3. if i don't press anything it will eventually restart on it's own

I tried performing a hard-reset (softkeys pressed + power button for 1-1.5 seconds) but either i have a bag timing or the phone won't hard-reset.

I also tried entering the bootloader menu (phone off, press camera button, plug in usb) but this didn't work either.

Anybody had this problem?

You say it automatically starts when you insert the battery - could mean the power button is either stuck down or is broken/loose.

Have you looked to see if there's anything stuck in it?
