Synching; 3rd party SW

Hello again -

I have the problem that ActiveSync won't allow me to change the location of the backup directory for File Sync. And it looks as this is it; and nothing can be done about it.

The question then is:

What is the consensus for the best 3rd party SW? Some posts on the net were recommending Easy Sync; any comments?
