probably not released to the public, but for businesses/phone companies maybe.. so they can be ready by fall

by "released" they just means its retail ready. its not gonna be public, as stated, but it will be fully working and non-beta for manufactures to start releasing it, or for some, upgrading 6.1 phones to 6.5. Good news is we'll see cooked ROMs of it not long after we see a device with it.

My typical daytime schedule...

Work - 8 hrs

Spending time with my family - 8 hrs

Tweaking my Omnia - 8 hrs

Sleep... well, I guess there'll be plenty of time for that when I have to go.
