Did you try speaker phone? Once I plug in the antenna I can turn on speaker phone and listen to the radio through the handset speaker.

try going to tuned.mobi on your phone, you might have to use your IE browser instead of opera. Anyway you can stream most FM radio stations from around the US, just punch in the call letters.

Radio without putting your headphones isn`t possible, because the cable of the headphones is used as an antena for catching signal :excl:

not true, the headphone/radio cable does need to be plugged in, but theres an option for using the speaker within the radio program. so yes, you need the adapter still (it IS the FM receiver after all) but you don't need headpho0nes plugged in to hear it.

just posted this somewhere else... yes it is possible. you dont need the adapter. no hacks.... just a data connection. You can get any FM radio station in the US, Canada, Ireland, UK, and Aust (I think). Point your pocket IE browser to tuned.mobi NOT www.tuned.mobi.com. Choose the country, then choose your state (if within the USA) then find your station, click the link next to the station and boom youre listening. I use this almost everyday and it uses very little data. Its free..... i dunno... check it out for yourself. Depending on your data connection, it uses very little power on your battery for 30 to 45 min of listening. Some stations use TCMP player and it gives you the titles of what they are playing. Works awesome with musicID

If you want shoutcast stations, search for a program called kinoma free player. It rocks for almost commercial free radio.

Yes you can get connection, but not everybody wants to give money for listening to the radio :excl: And plus, not everyone lives in America and Canada :excl: But useful for the people with free GPRS :excl:
