Developing SPB M.shell 3 Widgets? or modifying icons...

I have installed SPB mboile shell 3 and it is great, works smoothly...

but i would like to know if theres any way of modifying it,

for ex: In the launcher tab, when you click onMultimedia, there is Photos, Player...when you click on player it redirects you to WMedia player, but i prefer touch player.

SO is there any way of changing the default links of the program, i know there should be a way cause there is a patch to change the calendar wifget go to Thumbcal.

This is not related to SPB only but would like to know:

Is there any way of changing the icon of a shortcut in WM??

Look up a free app called shurtcut creator. It's a bit ugly to use but lets you change shortcut icons.

As for modifying the menus. Look through this thread, there is a registry tweak that enables adding and removing your own programs from the menus.

These are things I expect will be easier and more readlily available in the final retail release

thanks, i just saw the menus thing and works great :excl: totally what i needed.

And for the shortcuts, i will have a try.

we just need to know how to create our own widgets :excl:
