Problem installing Garmin XT

I have the instruction and the program installed. But Im trying to unlock it and use the key gen to get the code. The instruction is this.

OMNIA INSTALL (and probably many other win mobile devices):

Garmin mobile XT:

1. Connect device with PC (Active sync for XP, and Windows Mobile Device Centar for Vista).

2. Start "GarminMobileXTforWindowsMobile_50020w" on your PC (install in storage).

3. Start "GarminMobileXTFreeBasemap_4xxxx" on your PC (install in storage).

4. Start "GarminMobileXTSupportFiles_4xxxx" on your PC (install in storage).

5. Enter Card ID that you'll find in Settings -> About (not Unit ID, never mind it says "Enter your Unit ID here:" ) to make ("Generate") key ("Your software unlock code:") for garmin mobile xt ("Select software product").

6. Copy the generated key in sw.unl (erase "copy the key here!!").

7. Put the sw.unl in Garmin folder in your storage.

Now garmin xt is unlocked.

Maps:

1. Start the "AdriaROUTE_2.20_SD_update" on your PC (install in storage) or put any other map that you have to Garmin folder in your storage.

2. Again enter your Card ID that you'll find in Settings -> About (not Unit ID, never mind it says "Enter your Unit ID here:" ) to make ("Generate") key ("Your map unlock code:"). This time you are using lower generate key, so all that is left before generating key is you need to select map product ("Select map product:") or enter MapID yourself ( if the mapset is not on the list, then choose "<custom mapset>").

For adriaroute is 708. (others in collection of MAPID)

3. Copy the generated key in gmapsupp.unl (erase "copy your map unlock code here!!!").

4. Put the gmapsupp.unl in Gamin folder in your storage.

Now the map is unlocked too.

I did everything til step 5. If I go to my phone and go to SETTINGS>ABOUT theres nothing there but DEVICE ID name. So where can get my CARD ID? I need to use that CARD ID and generate a CODE to unlock it. IF you have successfully installed Garmin XT for Omnia i910 please help.

I dont think you should be talking about pirated software on modaco... but from what you've said i think its talking bout the settings in the garmin program... not the phone
