Where has my storage memory gone?

Hi guys, i have a T mobile uk Omnia which i have had for about a year. Im running Pointui, fingerkeyboard 2.1 and S2u2 1.62 with a few other bits of software. The problem I am having is that ive pretty much run out of storage memory, windows is showing 92.98mb total and around 87-88 in use. It has been so bad recently that i havent even been able to load the camera as it needs 5mb available!

I have been through and deleted some extra stuff and some programs I didnt use that often but times are still hard. Is there any obvious files i can bin that will gain me some extra storage memory?

As a side note, this is the 3rd windows mobile phone (the others were WM5) i have owned and this has happended on each one, why dont the manufactorers over spec these damn devices and give us more?

ROM wise im running the rom the phone was supplied with as i dont really want to have to reinstall everything.
