Installed New Digitizer, Not recognising Sim Card Now?

Just installed a new digitizer in my omnia was very careful, Everything works well the screen is fine, but It keeps saying there is a missing sim does adding a new digitizer confuse the phone or something please help?

No, but when disassembling you might have dislocated the card-holder cable, or worse - could have damaged it :excl:
