there should be option to exclude selected apps just in case of conflict.

do your gestures work well ?

up is not working everytime, and down is barely working for me..

left/right are kinda problematic too.

active corners look ok, as the scrolling is.

sometimes it crashes without telling and won't work again till a restart.

Try this app

FTouchSL 2.10

http://www.ftouchsl.com/

@Zabique: Have you seen any improvement with v 2.10 over 2.9, especially in scrolling smoothness? I do a ton of email reading, so that's the app I'm most concerned with. I think the problem is with Samsung's built-in scrolling competing with FTouchSL (you know, the one that seems to scroll one line at a time while making all that noise...) FTouchSL seems to have found a way to at least override the noise, but the actual scroll is still very rough and inconsistent. Has anyone figured out a way to completely deactivate the Samsung scrolling so FTouchSL is left alone to handle it? I'm already using Fingersuite's excellent FingerMsg and FingerMenu to make the Outlook menus finger friendly, and also need to use something like KeySwop to remap the 'reply' key into 'delete' (to eliminate lots of 'menu/delete' interactions when reading through messages). Now if I could just manage to get smooth scrolling on both the Inbox list and within individual messages, I'd be a happy camper. I'm really surprised that no one has created a truly finger friendly app to sit on top of the standard Inbox as a replacement for POutlook. It's been done for contacts, calendar, and just about everything else, except email! I know it can be done because Flexmail does it... but I find their app even less usable than POutlook without a stylus. Wish I were more of a programmer because there is a real need here!

These are exactly my findings, I was on a real quest a few months ago... I gave up and uninstalled FTouchSL. Sadly.

Sorry to hear that - was really hoping that v 2.10 would be the answer. Seems like there's been a lot of work put into making SMS texting quicker and easier, but I haven't seen any big improvements to email since the early versions of WinCE. Flexmail has added a lot more of the functionality of desktop Outlook, but unfortunately nothing to modernize the UI. Hope that somebody steps up with a real solution one of these days!

guys, just bite the bullet and learn to flash a WM6.5 rom... And then use Ftouchsl2.10 to disable Samsung's finger scroll... WM6.5 has built in finger scroll and it is the ultimate for the pocketpc..

If you flash to 6.5, you will not have a working phone, if on Verizon.

There are no roms ready for i910 users yet.
