Omnia doesn't receive sms

Hello. I have that odd problem with my Omnia. My Omnia is unable to receive messages unless being restarted. For example when I restart it, it receives messages even those which were sent yesterday (the time of sms when being sent is correct- for example I restarted it one minute ago and I received three sms-es with time 16:38 and one from yesterday with time 20:50.)

I am using qbus custom wm 6.5 rom. I changed many wm 6.5 roms and the problem was gone at the begining but three days later it came back. I do not know what to do, but it is very very annoying because I receive messages with delay for one or more days.

Is there maybe a problem in registry? I have the same issue with official DXIA5 rom.

Does anybody know what the solution to my problem might be?

well, i couldnt receive settings sms from my operator but other sms i can get, but the problem is that the names of the senders is all messed up.
