Syncing Software

I thought I had posted this before; but can't find it so must be mistaken.

Am looking for a SW that upgrades or replaces ActiveSync:

1) an improved sync function on Outlook (all fields incl. customized, notes et al)

2) the possibility to sync files professionally (subfolders; choice of backup folders etc)

My own search so far has yielded nothing; but I am sure that if such a thing exists, someone here will know about it :excl:

This may not be exactly what your after but it is a huge improvement on the standard active sync, it also includes remote control so you can control your phone on your pc, and works via USB and WIFI.

Check out the official website, its an amazing app, I use it non stop!
