ROM Gurus, MMS Missing...

In my quest to create a clean rom, I have killed MMS. It doesnt even show in messaging. I can't find any files related that are missing, nor registry entries.

Here are the clues I have.

A clean flash, there is no MMS. If I restore email from an old rom, MMS comes back. If I restore the registry, or files, it will not come back. Just email.
