PowerToys are additional programs for advanced users that add some functionality to the Spb Mobile Shell, similar to the Microsoft PowerToys for Windows and Windows Mobile.

Note: PowerToys are not part of Spb Mobile Shell and are not supported by Spb Software.

PowerToy Version 0.1 (build 6420) for Mobile Shell 3.x consists of Menu Editor. You can download it here:

I haven't played with this myself yet, but (according to a follow-up post in the same thread)

It simply gives you the menu editing that was present in MS2 so you can add, remove and re-organise the programs that appear in the launcher menus (Organiser, Multimedia etc)

There is also a suggestion that there may be further PowerToys for SPB3, so a quick check of the SPB Forum might be worth doing every now and then. The original thread can be found here
