Insufficient System Permissions - How to unlock/disable it ??

Hi ,

Installed one of Shonkka9s 6.1 Rom with M2D... however after trying to install some programs i get the following error,

Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions.

Is there a way to remove the permissions ? or a work around ? or a CAB file to do it.

I previously installed Shonkka9s 6.5 Rom with M2D and this was already disabled in the roms. (removed 6.5 due to finger mouse not working).
