Phone contacts are merging with each other...corrupted?

First post. I have perused these forums a lot in the past month and have gained quite a bit of knowledge in regards to my i910, thanks to all for your contributions.

I discovered a problem yesterday, when my wife called me and the full screen caller id showed it was my Mom calling(using Spam alert Extension 1.2). So I then went into my contacts and saw that my wife's and quite a few of my contacts had erroneous info in them (like 2 different contacts merging into each other, see pics for examples.) I have restored previous backups of my contacts (w/ SPB Backup), and they will return to normal...for about ten minutes, and then mysteriously become garbled again. I have removed Spam alert and duplicated the same errors w/ the Samsung Dialer. I am at a loss as to what the issue could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No one has seen anything like this? I see that a "SPAM" alert altered my post. To clarify, the contact manager I am using is Iconsofts Spam alert. But like I said, I have restored a backup from a time before I had installed this, and I get the same issue.

Also, I am running the stock rom.

I hope someone comes along that has seen this, 'cause I'm out of ideas.

Ok, so I also need to know how to list the name of the contacts manager I am using so the "SPAM alert" bs doesn't overwrite it.
