Strange Problem on leaked i910 ROM - Internet Connections on Apps

Sorry for opening a separate thread, but a whole day of searching has yielded very little.

I updated to the new ROM, then using WoZZer's version (and used SPB backup to get my programs back), and I have a very strange problem, some programs connect online, some won't (no connection at all, not even when using wifi!)

These programs work OK:

- Google Maps (with GPS)

- Opera Browser

- Java Gmail app

- Weather

- Google You Tube app

This one only works on wifi:

- Internet Explorer

These programs do NOT work because they cannot connect, despite manually re-loading and soft resets:

- Twobile

- Music ID

- Live Search

- Ticker Tape

I am baffled. No idea why some programs connect, others fail. Can someone give me a few things to try. I'm thinking I might need some registry tweaks....

I'd try flashing again. I'm using Wozzer's ROM, and my Internet Explorer connects just fine. I haven't had connectivity issues with any of my programs.

Hard reset and don't restore the backup. Your problems should go away.

FIXED!

This is what I did.

I removed the MALFUNCTIONING programs.

Then I ran SPB Backup

Then I re-flashed WoZZer's ROM.

Then I INSTALLED the programs that were having trouble connecting

Then I restored my backup.

Everything seems to be back to normal. Except FM Radio of course.
