Omnia Call Swap Failure

I have had my Omnia for almost two weeks.

I have found that the call holding-swap feature effectively kills both calls in that they can't hear me and I can't hear them.

Both calls show on the screen and they swap around if I wish - but no sound to me or from me. The second caller hears the very first part of "Hello" and then nothing.

A hard reset - -done this 4 times now - works for a short while and it starts all over again, no idea of what triggers it.

Initially I thought the unlocking routine for the keayboard was the trigger or any software I installed - this is not the case.

My service provider is now taking the phone away for 10 days to ahve it "tested".

Hopefully this problem had been addressed somewhere in this forum??????
