my family is coming from us to india next month.

and i wanted to know that is samsung schi910 can be used in india?

here is cdma network also exist.

but i dont whether its differ or equals with us' cdma

CDMA phones are locked to provider (Verizon in this case). It is possible to unlock them, but way way more complicated than GSM phones. It could end up a waste of your money if you will not be able to flash the phone.

IMHO, it is not worth the hassle.
