New firmware - not able to diasble keyboard auto popup

Hi ya,

i recently changed my Omnia firmware and am having trouble disabling the popup keyboard. I use Total Commander to edit my registry and have done several which worked, except for the hack to disable auto keyboard popup. Any ideas of how to do this??
