This exact thing also happened to me. when i downloaded wozzers 6.5 rom, i thought it was done downloading (when i clicked for download, it gave me a destination folder) but the download was slow. mine was also stuck on boot screen. i just waited for the download and retried the flash(even with boot screen still showing). this worked for me. you could also try another cooked rom flashed just to pda. i suppose you may have by now tried something, but good luck anyways. chris
