shopping list & expense tracker

I'm looking for a good shopping list for windows mobile (that will work with my BlackJack II). I want to be able to save shopping lists with prices, store where they are located, size, quantity to purchase, expiration date. I would like this to have a comparison tool so I can compare values of larger sized items while I'm in the store and also after one shopping trip when I go to another store (i.e. while shopping at Albertson's, I'd like to compare the price of the large thing of mayonnaise to the smaller one, and then later compare the mayonnaise I bough at Albertson's to the larger one at Costco). I would like to also have an expiration calculator that shows me how many servings I would have to eat each day before the item expires (so I can avoid buying things at Costco that will go bad) and reminders for when things are about to expire. I have a feeling that this app doesn't exist and I wish I knew how to program, so I could do it myself. I've found a few shopping lists that you have to pay for online; I'm not willing to buy before I try when my demands are this specific.

The second thing I need is an expense tracker. I've tried a few programs...they all suck. Is there any freeware solution for the simple task of inputting cash transactions. I have my credit cards accounted for on my computer, so it's just cash. Thanks.

By the way, if you haven't already guessed...I'm anal retentive. But that's why I bought a smartphone.
