Which ROM + interface is best right now?

Right now, i have few months old Khuanchai WM 6,5 ROM and cause it still has a few glitches which i think are all repaired in the newer versions now, i decided to flash my phone again, so i have a few questions since SPB mobile shell 3 just came out, so far i only used SPB mobile shell 2, M2D touchflo2d and the original 6,5 today screen, so i'm interested if there are any more finger friendly, good looking and functional interfaces? I'm not sure how good SPB mobile shell is, also i guess u need to pay to get a full version of it, so i want to know what are the alternatives to touchflo2d and if it doesn't take u too much time, which ROM should i download it with, since let's say wm 6,5 use multiple ROM cookers, so i don't really know which is best.

I am hoping for a quick answer since i will decide in max an hour myself, but i won't take any risks of doing something much new cause i don't want to screw up.

I downloaded sector 21222 ROM and Khuanchai Omnia 4-in-1 ROM build 21500, which is more finger friendly and more smooth, less bugged? or is there also a better one to download?

I read a lot of that stuff, but i don't have time to go through all the comments since 99% of all say great, thx etc...so i needed an opinion of someone who used lots of roms already (i flash every few months, so i don't have much experience), but i just want as much as possible finger friendly, fast and bug free (as much as it is possible right now), i flashed khuanchai 21500 4 in 1 rom, but now i can't find windows mobile black theme and classic black doesn't give me the 6,5 finger friendly menu's, so can please someone tell me how can i fix that?
