Guest x.v_ Posted May 7, 2009 Report Posted May 7, 2009 (edited) I have been toying with several keyboards lately. Currently I'm using PocketCM, I think it's nice and clean plus has the auto-complete feature (and you can disable it just switching words... so you essentially have to confirm it). What do you use? Guest whitj Posted May 7, 2009 Report Posted May 7, 2009 Right now I'm using SPB keyboard, and I like it. All this is subject to change when I finally get my terrible touch panel replaced (TOMORROW!! WOHOO), but so far I like the ease of use and the fullscreen mode for pounding out longer messages. Yea. Pounding out.
Guest krelvinaz Posted May 7, 2009 Report Posted May 7, 2009 (edited) Sbp Keyboard. Just plain works and I am used to it now. After disabling XT9 the auto correction works great. I use it primarily in portrait mode, but occasionally switch to landscape for a lot of typing. Used it on my i760 and now both of my Omnia's (i910) Edited May 7, 2009 by krelvinaz
Guest mobilehappy Posted May 7, 2009 Report Posted May 7, 2009 Like to keep my options open so i have Resco Keyboard Pro, Vito Zoomboard , Fingerkeyboard 2 and TouchPal on mine :-)
Guest Davodude Posted May 7, 2009 Report Posted May 7, 2009 Tired resco keyboard pro (was good) However prefer the fingerkeyboard 2 over it (its free!!!)
Guest jclsm Posted May 7, 2009 Report Posted May 7, 2009 (edited) Great: SPB keyboard Hate: Finger keyboard Edited May 7, 2009 by jclsm
Guest radiowc Posted May 7, 2009 Report Posted May 7, 2009 SPB keyboard Pro - was good but after I use Finger Keyboard2 ,...i love it and u can even customized the key yourself. I hate the key like "/" and "." always not at the right place.
Guest maf107ezk0 Posted May 7, 2009 Report Posted May 7, 2009 No, it doesn`t - that`s why I like it :D
Guest -Vulture- Posted May 7, 2009 Report Posted May 7, 2009 (edited) I use TouchPal. I really like the gestures provided. Huge keys with multiple functions on one, accessed by gestures. Youll need a little time to get used to it, but once you have, youll type faster than on any other keyboard. T9 and word completition and all the other "guess whats my word" features are there. Other full scale keyboards like FingerKeyboard with QWERTZ layout...well the keys are simply to small on my omnia (portrait mode) to write fast, thats why i like the 2 letters on one key layout from TouchPal. Guest needmoney Posted May 8, 2009 Report Posted May 8, 2009 FingerKeyboard ftw! It's perfect for me, no problems when fast typing
Guest kiotu Posted May 8, 2009 Report Posted May 8, 2009 i've tested spb keyboard, resco keyboard, vito zoomboard, touch pal, finger keyboard...but at the end i keep using samsung phonepad..:D

Second all this. A small learning curve at the beginning, but once you get used to it, its faster and more accurate than any other kbd I've tried. Bought it.
