urgent problem (XDA IIi)

Hi guys

been a while since i posted here but im hoping someone can help me as the guys over at XDA Developers are ignoring me. anyway i found my old XDA IIi today and i decided to flash it, but for some reason its now stuck on the boot loader screen saying either serial or USB v1.01 ive tried various program to get it working again but none work, i dont want a bricked phone can anyone help me please!!
