Favorite settings on Winmo 6.5?

So I've flashed to the new 6.5 rom but programs only shows 3 programs on the today screen is there anyway to add more and what does favorite settings do because everytime I hit it it says error opening shortcut or locating the target filename

i am still playing around with it so i can only point you in direction. you have to down load lastest c-home and add pages to the panel you want. sorry if this is more confusing. using chome 1.6 beta from xda.
