How to stop Omnia from closing background apps

Hi folks,

I am currently running wozzer's 6.5 21222 M2D rom, but I have experienced this problem on the CC20 rom and the stock VZW rom. I can never get the background apps that I need to have running to stay open. I would understand if the device shut down inactive applications if RAM were getting low, but I consistently have between 30-50mbs free with all desired programs running.

My biggest issue is with GPStoday standalone. I want it running at all times in the background so I can get a quick gps fix but I find that I constantly have to restart it after using other programs like TCPMP. Manilla also constantly shuts down (using manilla control to switch between manilla and titanium) and has to be restarted.

Anyone else experience this? Am I explaining myself well enough?
