Hi guys, I am running ubuntu linux and Windows XP on sun's virtualbox. I installed activesync on windows and it seems that it works well with omnia if I disable advanced network functionality in USBtoPC settings.

My question is, will upgrade of rom work if activesync works, or how can I know if upgrade will work correctly?

I guess I will have to be the first to find out if it really works.

virtual box does not work to flash Omnia.

You have to use vmWare, this is the only solution i can find.

I have a guide @ samsung-omnia.org (google it :D.

Good luck
